Fish!  Canadian researchers compared those who ate a steady diet of whitefish with regular consumption of beef and chicken, and they found that the fish eating folks experienced a 26 percent increase in HDL2, a particularly protective form of HDL.  Here is the bad news, eating fish fried doesn't count, so broil, bake or grill for the healthy benefits.
