This one is to easy not too, and is also very effective. Drink cranberry juice. Simple, but make sure its 100% juice and at least 27% cranberry. One 8oz glass a day will do. My recommendation is to have a glass before bedtime, which is a perfect time to also take one of the most effective cholesterol lowering supplements, red yeast rice. Which is most effective if taken before bedtime.
