Be a part-time vegetarian.  Don't worry I didn't say full-time.  Researchers in Toronto found that people who added a couple of servings of vegetarian fare such as whole grains, nuts and beans to their diets each day for a month lowered their LDL cholesterol by nearly 10 percent. So you can still eat meat, and remember a great and healthy alternative for us beef lovers is buffalo.  It tastes great is very low in cholesterol, even less than chicken, give it a try.
